OUR MISSION
Since 2005, an interdisciplinary team of researchers from the fields of education, public health, communications, HCI, and medicine have been working together to develop pedagogically grounded, research-based, rich-media applications to promote HIV/AIDS prevention despite numerous social and cultural barriers. TeachAIDS is dedicated to addressing the challenges associated with providing health education through the creation of free research-based, culturally-appropriate learning materials. We believe in harnessing medical and educational expertise and utilizing technology to freely disseminate HIV/AIDS materials around the world to those who need them most. AIDS is a preventable and treatable illness, and with the proper education it can be controlled effectively. If you would like to partner with us, please contact us.
