Passionate Tanzanian brings TeachAids animations to village with no electricity

Tanzanians in Nadosoito Primary School in Arusha Municipality of Tanzania were recently given a special screening of the TeachAids animations. Saruni Olodi, a Tanzanian working in nearby Arusha, came across the TeachAids animations online and was inspired to take action. Armed with the educational materials, Olodi organized the first HIV/AIDS training event for the Maasai village.

Because the village lacked electricity, Olodi first purchased petrol and then located a generator so that the special event could take place. The community greatly appreciated his efforts, requesting more training and inviting both Olodi and the TeachAids team to visit their Maasai village.
