Since 2013, Dr. Sorcar has pioneered this innovative approach, teaching hundreds of undergraduate and graduate students across the university, including those in the School of Education, Human Biology, African Studies, Health Policy, and Medicine.
Since its inception, TeachAids has maintained a multi-disciplinary collaboration with Stanford University. This 15-year milestone celebrates a shared commitment to translating rigorous academic research into innovative, life-saving education experiences across 82 countries.
In a landmark partnership with the Ministry of Education and UNICEF, TeachAids introduced bilingual, animated HIV prevention software to all public schools across Botswana. This initiative became a vital part of the national curriculum, leading to the designation of June 15th as "National TeachAids Day" to honor the program’s success.
