Congratulations to CrashCourse Athletic Advisor Amy Bokker who has been named the third Head Coach in Ohio State women’s lacrosse program history.
Amy Bokker was Head Coach of Stanford Women’s Lacrosse, where she distinguished herself as the winningest coach in Stanford history. In her 11 seasons, she led the Cardinal to 6 conference titles and 8 NCAA tournament appearances. She has coached seven All-Americans, five conference Player of the Year honorees, and six conference tournament MVPs. Although until recently lacrosse has primarily been an East Coast sport, Coach Bokker led Stanford to win a school record of 16 games in 2011, and to their first NCAA Tournament game in 2013. More recently, Bokker led the Cardinal to their first Pac-12 Tournament title in 2018.
Coach Bokker also served as an Assistant Coach for the U.S. Women’s National Team. She helped coach the U.S. to the FIL Women’s World Cup title in 2017 and 2013, when the Americans outscored opponents by a combined 127-34 over seven games in Oshawa, Ontario.
TeachAids is honored to be working together with Coach Bokker, one of the top coaches in the country, to educate young athletes across the nation about concussions. We are excited about everything she will accomplish in this new chapter.
