We are excited to announce that Stanford’s Director of Men’s Basketball Jerod Haase has joined the TeachAids team as an athletic advisor!
Haase has guided his team to a great season thus far. They return home to face off against Arizona State this evening, after playing five of the past seven games on the road. Since Haase became Stanford’s director of men’s basketball in 2016, the Cardinals have had their best conference finish and most league wins in a decade. Prior to joining the Farm, Haase was the head basketball coach at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, leading the Blazers to a Conference title in his last season.
Not only does he strive to win, Haase also instills a spirit of investment and selflessness into his team. In 2017, he joined the National Advisory Board of the Positive Coaching Alliance to encourage the use of positive reinforcement in coaching and teach life lessons through sports.
We’re proud to have Haase on our advisory team. His passion for uplifting student athletes pushes us forward as we strive to make a positive impact on youth athletics nationwide.
