Management and Finance Expert Joins TeachAids as an Advisor
We are honored to welcome Barbara Pugliese to our team of Advisors here at TeachAids. Their experienced background in finance and management will be of pivotal importance to our daily organizational operations, which serve as the basis on which all of our programs are maintained upon.
For over 12 years, Pugliese has served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Stanford Alumni Association overseeing the organization’s critical financial management.
Pugliese has decades of management and finance experience which include other posts such as Chief Operating Officer of Family and Children Services of Silicon Valley, over 8 years as Senior Director of Vodafone AirTouch, and 8 years as a Manager at Marakon Associates. Pugliese holds a wealth of industry knowledge in areas such as entrepreneurship, venture capital, business planning and strategy, program management, and financial analysis, among others.
Pugliese holds an M.S. degree in Management, Economics, and Finance from the MIT Sloan School of Management. Prior to obtaining that, they had graduated with a B.A. in Economics from Middlebury College.
