Four-Time Super Bowl Champion and Pac-12 Hall of Honor Inductee, Ronnie Lott, joins CrashCourse Advisory Committee
Former NFL Player, Pro Football Hall of Fame inductee (2000), and four-time Super Bowl Champion, Ronnie Lott joins TeachAids CrashCourse Advisory Committee. In addition to being one of the most accomplished football safeties of all time, he supports the importance of global health education.
Lott was a first-round pick in the 1981 NFL Draft for the San Francisco 49ers and played fourteen seasons with the NFL. He was named All-Pro eight times, All-NFC six times, and All-AFC once.
In college, Lott played for the University of Southern California where he was honored as a unanimous All-American. He was inducted into the USC Athletic Hall of Fame in 1995 and the College Football Hall of Fame in 2002. Last week, Lott was inducted into the Pac-12 Hall of Honor alongside the Vice Chairman of TeachAids, Dick Gould.
Lott is revered by coaches and players across the world for his kindness, team spirit, dedication, and consistent effort. His long and successful history in both business and philanthropy has made him a legendary icon in the community and beyond. He committed to giving back by founding All Stars Helping Kids, a leading organization that has raised over $20M to support disadvantaged youth in the Bay Area and across the nation.
He also serves on the Board of Selectors for Multiplying Good (formerly known as the Jefferson Awards for Public Service) and advises a number of other respected organizations including Common Sense Media, Silicon Valley Education Foundation, and Job Train. The Lott IMPACT Trophy–awarded to the college football defensive player who best exhibits Integrity, Maturity, Performance, Academics, Community, and Tenacity in addition to his athletic excellence–was named in his honor.
TeachAids is truly honored to have Ronnie Lott serve as a CrashCourse Advisor. His leadership, kindness, and generosity are widely admired.
No person I know better than Ronnie Lott! So honored to have him as a partner in this endeavor
