TeachAids Advisor Ted Robinson in Pac-12 Announcer’s Booth
This Pac-12 football season has been a fun one to watch, with Oregon and Utah leading ranks going into Week 14. Through it all, TeachAids advisor Ted Robinson has provided us all with insightful and entertaining coverage of the games as part of the Pac-12 Network.
Ted Robinson has been with the Pac-12 Networks since its launch in 2012 as a play-by-play announcer for collegiate football and basketball. This year, he also hosts a weekly podcast called Ted and Yogi’s Pac-12 Adventure, in which he and Yogi Roth provide expert takes on Pac-12 football. As an incredibly versatile sportscaster and two-time Emmy Award winning broadcaster, Robinson has also done play-by-play work for the Olympics, the Tennis Channel, the New York Mets, the Minnesota Twins, and the San Francisco Giants. One of Robinson’s most well-known roles was being the “Voice of the 49ers” from 2009 to 2018.
Having announced and analyzed sports for over two decades, Robinson seeks to build up athletes, and encourage positivity and safety in sport. As a member of the advisory board the Positive Coaching Alliance, he has spoken about putting failures into perspective, the importance of listening, and fairness in athletics. And as an advisor to TeachAids, he provides his expertise in developing concussion education for athletes.
We are proud to have Robinson as an advisor, and are excited to be working together to develop education for athletes of all ages.
